The soft lavender grape-cluster formations covering the right half of this piece are botryoidal amethyst — rounded, globular crystals that formed by mineral rich water depositing silica in concentric layers over time, building up slowly like pearls in reverse.
The effect is organic, almost alive, like clusters of frozen wisteria blooming across the stone’s surface. The left side shifts into earthy agate with sage green and warm brown tones, and near the center sits a small inclusion that appears to be epidote, adding a flash of deep green that stands out against all that soft purple and cream.
Amethyst is the stone of the third eye and crown chakras —clarity, intuition, protection, and the ability to access higher states of awareness. Agate adds grounding and balance. And that potential epidote inclusion brings its own gift. A tiny pocket of epidote amplifies whatever energy you carry, making this a piece that rewards honest self-reflection.
The combination of textures is what makes this specimen extraordinary. Rough and smooth, round and angular, purple and green, all sharing the same surface in a way that feels less like geology and more like collaboration.
